Whistleblower: Erdoğan hired law firm in London to target Hizmet schools

Anonymous government whistleblower who uses a Twitter account under the name of Fuat Avni claimed that President Erdogan hired Amsterdam & Partners law firm to “blackmail” African countries into closing down Hizmet schools.

Avni emphasized that Turkey is paying the firm $50,000 per month on contract. “Amsterdam & Partners will use their clout in Africa, especially, to push African governments to close down the schools” he said.

“When they are in communication with officials from Africa, Y…d [Recep Tayyip Erdoğan] calls those state officials to tell them he vouches for this law firm,” writes Avni.
