More than 300 Russian students from Russia’s 11 provinces demonstrated their knowledge of Turkish language and culture through songs, dances and art performances at final round of Turkish Olympiad held in a prestigious concert hall in Moscow. Many people interested in Turkish-Russian relations as well as in Turkish culture participated in the event including such people as Turco-Russian Business Council Co-President Ahmet Muhammed Palankoyev, Mihail Meyer, head of the Institute of Asian and African Studies at Moscow State University, Association for Business and Friendship between the Russian Federation and Turkey (RUTİD) President Esat Sarı, Russian turcologists, representatives from Turkish business world and Turkish residents in Russia.
