Rethinking Freedom of Press in Turkey

A professor of Political Science and Associate Dean of the School of Liberal Arts, Vera Eccarius-Kelly wrote an article on the current status of press freedom in Turkey, publish on the Rethink Institute’s website.
Eccarius-Kelly in particular shared her insights on why journalists in Turkey sound increasingly like their distraught Russian colleagues, following her discussions with two prominent Turkish journalists.
I believe readers of this blog find Vera’s piece informative and I also recommend to head over the other very valuable articles in the weblog of Rethink Institute.
