Egyptian-Turkish school denies pro-government media reports

A HaberThe administration of Egyptian-Turkish Salahaldin School sent a statement correcting reports made by pro-government Aksam daily and A Haber TV station. These reports claimed that Egyptian Turkish schools, affiliated with Hizmet movement, supported Egypt’s ex-army chief Abdel Fattah el-Sisi when he planned to overthrow President Mohammed Morsi in July 2013. They also claimed that el-Sisi made a visit to Turkish schools to thank them for their support. Administration of school told that Turkish schools in Egypt never supported el-Sisi and that the abovementioned visit had never took place.
